How we use your information.
This notice explains what Klyon Holdings Ltd ("Klyon", "we") does with the personal information you provide through the Persimmon House website.
What we collect
When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the apartment sizes you are interested in, your preferred move date, budget range, furnishing and parking preferences, anything you write in the message box, how you heard about us, and the date and time of your submission. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to help us detect spam.
Why we use it
- To contact you about Persimmon House: pricing, availability, viewings and reservations. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.
- If you also opt in, to tell you about future Klyon developments. You can withdraw this at any time.
- To understand which channels bring enquiries, so we can plan our marketing. This uses aggregated information only.
- If you go on to reserve a home, to carry out referencing and prepare your tenancy. We will give you a separate notice at that point.
Who sees it
Your details are held by Klyon's lettings team and the IT providers that host this website and our email. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other developers or agents. If we appoint a referencing company or a letting agent to help us, they will act on our instructions and only receive what they need.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for up to 24 months after the last home at Persimmon House is let, unless you become a tenant (in which case your information is kept for the duration of your tenancy and for six years afterwards for legal reasons) or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email ph@klyon.co.uk or write to Klyon Holdings Ltd at the address on our main website. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets no advertising cookies. The interactive map on the Location page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; those providers may record your IP address when the files are requested. If we add analytics in future we will update this notice.
